STAY AWAY
In general, two ladies travelling wouldn't feel safe. Room was clean. Outside had a lot of scary people walking around. If you needed someone at the desk you had to phone them from their front desk. So called continental breakfast was pathetic & not worth a second look. Owner argued with us. A/C worked off & on 1st. Night. Second night Not at all. We were told we should have told them but at 11 pm we weren't about to change rooms or wait for a repair man. Wouldn't offer a discount on room. Got in our faces & argued with us. Never, never go there. We wanted to move to another hotel but everything was booked. Location and surroundings: Scary surroundings for two women to walk around so we stayed in our room with door double locked. Service: Non-existent. Had to phone from their front desk to get an answers. Constantly heard his wife yelling at him in their language. We weren't comfortable with all the arguing. He argued with us. We asked for a rebate because of the so called continental breakfast & no A/C & were told no way. We were extremely upset by his behaviour towards us. Dining: So called continental breakfast consisted of 2 dry cereals & packaged small donuts or muffins. Pot of coffee. Never tried it. Room: Was clean but rusty & needed a good paint job in the bathroom. We both wear glasses & counter was so wide we couldn't see to apply makeup or anything. Useful tips: STAY AWAY!

The location of the motel was convenient, with several places to eat nearby. Additionally, there were a few interesting details on the entry wall, where someone had obviously jammed the door handle into the wall, giving it a unique touch. Besides, the nearby Timothy's pub served a great prime rib sandwich.
The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy.

Felt completely relaxed, not a single complaint.
